The city of Lucca is ready to present the new Lucca Comics and Games 2019 from October 30th to November 3rd after last year’s record edition. The Lucca Comics & Games confirms itself as a veritable “salon of the salons”, in which the publishing of comics and fiction meets the public and an international cultural offer. It is the largest European fair dedicated to comics, animation, games, video games and fantasy imagery, second only to Tokyo Comitek! The event takes place every year in the city of Lucca and is reconfirmed as one of the main events in Tuscany that involves the entire city, with its ancient streets and palaces and millions of people from all over the world.
Big names and big events
Last year, Lucca Comics and Games featured some of the greatest genes of comics like Neal Adams, creator of legendary characters such as “Batman”, “X-Men”, Arthur Adams, extraordinary Marvel cartoonist. Another memorable meeting was with Shinji Hashimoto, executive producer of Kingdom Hearts. The Lucca Comics and Games 2019 includes numerous events: concerts, screenings, meetings with authors, presentations, live role-playing tournaments and cosplayers and shows dedicated to the comics and animation sector in general. Also this year the Comics is working to amaze all comics and game lovers and make this new edition the best of all time.
