One of Hotel Galilei’s prides is its excellent restaurant, which offers a wide range of options to suit the guests’ needs: a beautiful room seating over 300 people or a cosier, more welcoming “VIP” dining area, perfect for parties, receptions and gala dinners. The menu, which is personally created by Alessio, the hotel’s chef, is focussed on traditional Tuscan recipes.
For more informal occasions, the à la carte lunches and dinners of our “Bistrot Galilei” are perfect for business lunches and lovely lunch breaks.
